As a Realtor I am willing to help you as a buyer or seller to obtain any and all of your real estate needs. I am very familiar with the demographics of our multi-county area and can facilitate a smooth transaction for you. In addition, I am a member of the Mohawk Valley Association of Realtors.
As a full-time real estate professional, whether you have a property to sell, wish to buy, or need assistance with relocating to the area, I can help you! I can manage your income properties too. I am bound by my personal beliefs as well as our professional code of ethics.
Professional Education and Designations:
As a Realtor I have continued to take classes and attend seminars in order to keep on top of important real estate issues. This helps everyone involved in the transaction, my clients, customers and myself. I am designated as GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). In addition, I am an Associate Broker within my Firm.
Personal / Comments:
I have always been interested in real estate and this drive led me to obtain my real estate license. I enjoy meeting new people and working with them to obtain their goals. In my opinion it’s all about you, not me. I am low pressure. I’m not the agent that will pressure you into something that you don’t want. The ultimate decision is yours. Price, location, size, type or whatever your needs or interest, I will do my best to get YOU what YOU WANT, not ME getting the sale. Let me help you obtain your goal of buying and/or selling your home, income property or acreage. Call me today!!
Property Management – residential, single family home, multi-family, commercial, and investment property resales. I do it ALL!
